The Immersion Program (or Kick-Start) provides project-based experience in building a realistic software system using a wide variety of technologies in an integrated fashion. In too many instances we have seen companies with staff who have attended a range of courses on many of the technologies and techniques, but do not know how to start building their own systems.

Our Immersion Programme takes attendees through the full process of building an end-to-end enterprise system, (requirements capture, analysis & design, architecture, programming, testing and deployment) thereby gaining real experience, and becoming more self-sufficient.

Attendees will benefit from working through the full process of delivering a project based on XML, Web Services, DataPower.
